- Develop account-specific content and messaging that translates account insights, business priorities and AWS capabilities into relevant narratives and assets that engage key decision makers and buying groups.
- Use data and customer intelligence to inform strategy, leveraging engagement data, buying signals, account insights, and market trends to identify opportunities and continuously optimize programs.
- Partner across AWS marketing organizations, including Global CoE, Industry, Partner, Digital, Events, and other teams, to orchestrate AWS capabilities around strategic customer opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to collaborate with AWS partners where joint engagement can strengthen customer value propositions, deepen relationships, or accelerate strategic opportunities.

- Build for scale, identifying successful approaches, codifying best practices, and creating repeatable frameworks that can be adopted across accounts and regions.
- Contribute to the evolution of ABM at AWS, sharing insights, experimentation, and best practices with the broader global ABM community.

How much do customer marketing managers make in Washington?
Customer marketing managers in Washington earn a median of about $172,270 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $98,220 for the lowest 10% to over $293,590 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire customer marketing managers in Washington?
Employers hiring customer marketing managers in Washington right now include Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, and Amazon, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Which Washington cities have the most customer marketing manager jobs?
