Performance Marketing Analyst Jobs in Washington: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a performance marketing analyst in Washington?
Performance marketing analysts in Washington do not require a state-issued license or certification, so entry centers on education and demonstrated platform skills. Most Washington employers expect a bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, business, or a quantitative discipline, along with verified proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager through Google's and Meta's own certification programs. Building a portfolio of campaign results and completing platform certifications before applying substantially strengthens a candidacy in Washington's competitive tech-adjacent hiring market.
How much do performance marketing analysts make in Washington?
Performance marketing analysts in Washington earn a median of about $95,120 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $52,000 for the lowest 10% to over $174,040 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire performance marketing analysts in Washington?
Employers hiring performance marketing analysts in Washington right now include Clients Blackbox, Amazon, and Chewy, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of November 2026. Washington's concentration of e-commerce headquarters and cloud-platform companies means in-house performance marketing teams here tend to be larger and more specialized than the national average.
Which Washington cities have the most performance marketing analyst jobs?
Seattle, Bellevue, and Vancouver have the most performance marketing analyst openings in Washington. Seattle leads because it is home to Amazon and a dense cluster of e-commerce and SaaS companies that rely heavily on paid digital acquisition, while Bellevue and Redmond draw significant demand from Microsoft and the technology firms concentrated on the Eastside corridor.
Are there remote performance marketing analyst jobs in Washington?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 88% of performance marketing analyst openings tied to Washington are remote or hybrid as of November 2026, reflecting the fully digital and data-driven nature of the work. Campaign management, reporting, and optimization tasks translate cleanly to remote environments, making this one of the more location-flexible analytical roles in Washington's job market.
How can I get hired as a performance marketing analyst in Washington with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is applying for marketing coordinator or digital marketing associate roles at Washington-based e-commerce or technology companies, where performance functions are embedded in broader marketing teams. Amazon and Microsoft both run structured new-graduate rotational programs that include paid media and analytics rotations. Completing Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications before applying, and building a portfolio through freelance or nonprofit campaign work, signals readiness to Washington hiring managers who screen heavily on platform fluency over years of experience.
Where can I find and apply to performance marketing analyst jobs in Washington?
You can find and apply to performance marketing analyst jobs in Washington on Migrate Mate, which lists current Washington openings. Search the available roles, find the ones that match your experience and location preference, and apply directly to each employer through the listing.
