About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Performance Strategy team within a leading health agency supporting pharmaceutical clients. This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and storytelling - transforming complex, multi-source datasets into actionable performance insights that drive measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate is technically fluent, strategically minded, and confident translating data into compelling narratives. You will connect the dots across ATUs, integrating web analytics, media performance, research tools, and healthcare claims data to inform optimization and long-term growth strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Lead data extraction, cleansing, and preparation across web analytics, media platforms, survey/research tools, and healthcare claims datasets
- Analyze performance trends across ATUs to identify drivers, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Integrate digital engagement metrics with claims and research data to measure real-world impact
- Develop cohesive, insight-driven stories that influence client and internal strategic decision-making
- Build dashboards, executive-ready presentations, and performance reporting frameworks
- Collaborate closely with media, strategy, and client teams to ensure analytics align with business objectives
- Provide thought leadership on measurement approaches, KPIs, and performance frameworks
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and methodological rigor across reporting streams
What You’ll Need
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics, performance strategy, or a related role (healthcare/pharma or agency experience preferred)
- Strong experience pulling, manipulating, and preparing large datasets for analysis

Pay Range
The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
