Senior Clinical Project Manager Jobs in Wyoming: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a senior clinical project manager in Wyoming?
Most senior clinical project managers in Wyoming enter the field with a bachelor's degree in a health sciences, nursing, or life sciences discipline, then build several years of hands-on trial or project experience before advancing to senior roles. Wyoming does not require a state-issued license specific to clinical project management, but employers consistently expect a Project Management Professional credential or a certified clinical research professional designation from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals alongside documented GCP training.
How much do senior clinical project managers make in Wyoming?
Senior clinical project managers in Wyoming earn a median of about $94,080 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $54,750 for the lowest 10% to over $151,500 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire senior clinical project managers in Wyoming?
Companies currently hiring senior clinical project managers in Wyoming include Jobot, CVS Health, and Lowe's Home Improvement, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Wyoming's relatively small but specialized healthcare sector means openings tend to cluster around regional hospital systems and contract research organizations with affiliate sites in the state.
Which Wyoming cities have the most senior clinical project manager jobs?
Cheyenne, Wyoming, and Casper account for the largest share of senior clinical project manager openings in Wyoming. Cheyenne leads because it hosts the state's largest hospital systems and government-adjacent health agencies, while Casper draws demand from Wyoming Medical Center and its network of specialty clinics, and Jackson's high-end medical facilities and proximity to research-active institutions support a smaller but steady number of senior project management roles.
Are there remote senior clinical project manager jobs in Wyoming?
Yes, and more than most clinical roles, because senior clinical project management is heavily documentation, coordination, and oversight driven rather than hands-on patient care. About 9% of senior clinical project manager openings tied to Wyoming are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting the industry-wide shift toward distributed trial oversight. Regulatory affairs coordination, sponsor communication, and data review functions are the portions most commonly performed fully remote.
How can I get hired as a senior clinical project manager in Wyoming with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is a clinical research coordinator or clinical trial associate role at a Wyoming hospital or affiliated research site, where you gain direct protocol and regulatory experience that senior project manager openings require. Wyoming Medicine in Casper and Cheyenne Regional Medical Center periodically hire coordinators without extensive prior trial experience, particularly for federally funded studies. Completing a certified clinical research professional credential through the Association of Clinical Research Professionals while working in a coordinator role signals readiness to advance and distinguishes candidates from others without a formal background.
Where can I find and apply to senior clinical project manager jobs in Wyoming?
You can find and apply to senior clinical project manager jobs in Wyoming on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings across the state. Search for roles that match your experience level, specialization, and preferred location, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
