As a Salesforce Administrator at Gulfstream, you will work with a blended team of IT professionals and business champions to ensure our organization utilizes tools and capabilities offered by Salesforce effectively and efficiently. In this role, your duties will include configuring and optimizing Salesforce systems, maintaining records, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet organization requirements. - Improve issue resolution by active assessment and triaging of issues as part of an operational support team.
- Evaluate and resolve issues for business users managing customer expectations and providing a superior level of customer service
- Participate in documenting best practices in release management, Salesforce data management, and ongoing improvements to the Gulfstream Salesforce environment.
- Participate in ongoing Salesforce schema updates and changes.
- Salesforce release management including Sandbox management, change set tracking, and conflict resolution
- Research add-on application packages and support ROI analysis for recommendation of applicable programs
- Support the integration with 3rd party applications
- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules and groups
- Develop automation with Flow
- Development of workflow automation with Flow
- Preparing reports for the operation team, and other departments
- Must be a highly motivated self-starter, able to maintain poise under pressure
- Must be available for on-call rotation after normal business hours and on weekends to monitor and triage issues submitted after hours.
- Perform peer reviews, debugging and troubleshooting for issue management and resolution.
