INTRODUCTION

Are you passionate about building next-generation AI solutions that combine Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and enterprise-scale system integration? We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – AI Engineering to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent AI-driven applications and autonomous agent frameworks. As part of an Agile/DevOps environment, you will play a key role in architecting AI solutions, developing AI agents, integrating ML models into enterprise applications, and driving projects with minimal supervision.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications and services
Build and implement Agentic AI solutions, including AI agents and their underlying components
Develop and integrate traditional AI/ML models using structured and unstructured datasets
Create autonomous workflows using orchestration platforms such as n8n and similar tools
Design scalable AI architectures using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and AgentCore
Manage the complete ML lifecycle, including data ingestion, model training, deployment, monitoring, and optimization
Develop and integrate APIs with enterprise systems and third-party platforms
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or technical lead when required
Extend DevOps responsibilities into operational support, monitoring, and continuous improvement
* Lead technical initiatives and manage project deliverables with minimal supervision

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field
5+ years of software engineering experience with strong programming expertise
Hands-on experience in bot
Agentic AI development
Traditional AI/ML model development and deployment
Strong experience with:
* LangChain
* LangGraph
* AgentCore
* n8n or similar orchestration platforms
Deep understanding of AI solution architecture and design patterns
Experience with the complete Machine Learning lifecycle
Strong background in Data Engineering, ETL, and data pipelines
Experience with API development, microservices, and enterprise system integration
Cloud expertise in:
* AWS AI/ML Services
* Azure AI Stack
Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and software delivery best practices

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience building enterprise-grade AI assistants and autonomous agent ecosystems
Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
Experience with MLOps and model governance frameworks
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
