Senior Frontend Engineer (React / Micro-Frontend Architecture)
📍 Location: Hybrid – Dublin, OH (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

What You’ll Do
- Design and develop scalable frontend applications using React and TypeScript
- Build and maintain micro-frontends within a single-spa architecture
- Manage runtime module loading and shared dependency strategies across micro-frontend boundaries
- Write high-quality, performant, and maintainable code following best practices
- Optimize frontend performance through:
- Code splitting
- Lazy loading
- Tree shaking
- Efficient rendering patterns
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements
- Participate in code reviews and approve application changes
- Mentor engineers on coding standards, architecture patterns, and development processes
- Support deployments and post-release troubleshooting
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies
- Stay current with emerging frontend trends and best practices
What You’ll Work On
- Large-scale React applications using modern frontend architecture
- Micro-frontends leveraging single-spa
- Runtime module loading and shared dependency management
- Shared component libraries and enterprise design systems
- Type-safe frontend development using strict TypeScript standards
- Frontend performance optimization and bundle management
- Enterprise-scale applications supporting large user bases
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience
- 5+ years of hands-on React experience, including:
- React Hooks
- Component architecture
- Performance optimization
- State management patterns
- Experience building scalable frontend systems such as:
- Micro-frontends
- Monorepos
- Enterprise frontend platforms
- Strong understanding of:
- Asynchronous data handling
- Modern frontend architecture patterns
- Frontend performance optimization
- Familiarity with modern build tooling and frontend workflows
- Experience with unit and integration testing
- Experience working with ASP.NET Core teams or willingness to collaborate closely with .NET backend engineers
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Angular, Vue.js, or other frontend frameworks
- Familiarity with relational database design
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment workflows
