- Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and construction safety harnesses while following all workplace safety regulations to prevent accidents.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols including proper use of fall protection gear like safety harnesses and compliance with construction workplace safety regulations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in roofing repair with a strong understanding of various roofing materials such as single-ply membrane systems and shingles.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools and ladders.
- Strong physical stamina for outdoor work that involves extended periods of standing or climbing ladders.
- Prior handyman experience in flat roofing installation and repair is required.
