Job Description
- Open and/or close the store, maintain store cleanliness, and oversee cash and credit card procedures.
- Order, receive, and track inventory in the store POS system.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, on‑the‑job training, scheduling, and corrective actions.
- Lead by example using J Team Service Standards while supervising and performing lube services.
- Ensure a positive guest experience by resolving customer needs and concerns.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and Environmental, Health & Safety compliance.
- Oversee full store operations in the General Manager's absence.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages).
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to use computers, internet tools, and complete required forms.
- Ability to stand for extended periods; lift 50+ lbs.; bend, reach, crawl, and climb stairs.
