Duties

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on various crane systems including overhead cranes, gantry cranes, and jib cranes.
• Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and mechaniCal issues using schematics, electrical blueprint reading, and precision measuring instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical systems including high voltage and low voltage circuits; utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for system diagnostics.
• Conduct equipment troubleshooting involving hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems to restore optimal performance.
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, maintenance history, and parts inventory management.
• Collaborate with clients on technical sales opportunities by providing expert advice on crane upgrades or repairs.
• Operate field service vehicles safely while adhering to all safety protocols; support customer service initiatives by delivering timely and effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities or industrial maintenance environments with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
• Hands-on experience with electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting pneumatic/hydraulic systems, schematics interpretation, and equipment repair.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and troubleshooting tools like schematics and blueprints.
• Knowledge of industrial electrician practices including high voltage/low voltage systems and electrical blueprint reading.
• Skilled in equipment troubleshooting, electrical maintenance, and the use of programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Familiarity with industrial equipment such as scissor lifts or HVAC/R systems is a plus; experience with CMMS software is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly in English; field service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards at all times.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
