We are seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish On-Site Staffing Supervisor to support staffing operations at a client warehouse in Conyers, GA 30013.
This is a hands-on position responsible for supporting employees, working directly with client management, maintaining accurate attendance records, and helping ensure the client’s staffing needs are met. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with both employees and management.
Starting pay: $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and assist with hiring qualified warehouse associates
- Work directly with client management to help meet daily staffing needs
- Communicate effectively with employees and management in English and Spanish
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and performance
- Ensure all assigned associates properly clock in and clock out
- Monitor and report missed punches and attendance issues
- Maintain accurate attendance and staffing records
- Address employee questions, concerns, attendance issues, and performance concerns
- Ensure associates follow warehouse policies, safety procedures, and client expectations
- Provide on-site support and direction to staffing associates
- Help resolve employee and staffing issues in a professional manner
- Maintain regular communication with the staffing agency and client management
- Occasionally work outside the regular schedule when business needs require it
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Previous leadership, supervisory, staffing, recruiting, or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Professional and dependable
- Comfortable addressing attendance and performance concerns
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively with client management
- Reliable transportation to the worksite
- Must be available to work primarily 2nd shift, Monday–Friday
