About the role
As Social Media Manager, you will own how Paraform shows up across social platforms. LinkedIn is our primary platform today, but we want to actively test and expand into others — X, Instagram, and emerging platforms where our audience lives.
This is a hands-on, fast-moving role. You'll own content creation, distribution, community engagement, and the partner network that amplifies our reach. You'll work closely with the Content Marketing Manager, who owns long-form content production, while you focus on bringing that content to the right audiences at the right time.
You'll partner closely with the VP of Marketing, the broader marketing team, and our founders and executives to build Paraform's voice across social.
Success in this role means:
Paraform's social presence grows meaningfully in followers, impressions, and engagement quarter over quarter
Our content reaches the right audiences through a strong network of amplifiers and partners
Executive voice presence (founders, leadership) is consistent and compelling
Social becomes an even larger, measurable contributor to pipeline and brand awareness
What you'll own
Own day-to-day content calendar, publishing, and community engagement across LinkedIn, with active testing and expansion into X, Instagram, and other emerging platforms
Build and manage a network of industry voices, thought leaders, and content amplifiers to syndicate and extend reach
Partner with founders and executives to develop and publish their thought leadership voice on social
Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all platforms and content
Manage community engagement day-to-day — respond to comments, DMs, and mentions; monitor conversations and competitor activity
Spot trends in real time and turn them into timely, on-brand content
Produce lightweight content yourself — short-form posts, graphics, video clips, social-first edits of long-form work
Partner cross-functionally with Content, PMM, Growth, and Sales to align messaging with broader campaigns and product moments
Define and report on social metrics — followers, impressions, engagement, share of voice, and contribution to pipeline
You have
3+ years of social media experience, ideally with B2B brands
Hands-on content creation chops — strong writer, comfortable with basic design and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
Deep platform fluency across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and other social platforms — you know what works, what doesn't, and why
Familiarity with social analytics and scheduling tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, HubSpot, native platform insights)
Instinct for what's culturally relevant and trending in real time
Partnership instincts — comfortable reaching out to creators, thought leaders, and external voices to build amplification networks
Strong attention to brand voice and detail
Energy for fast iteration in a small team
Bonus:
Experience growing an executive or founder presence on social
Experience working with creators or influencers in a B2B context
