Ideal Speech is a growing pediatric speech therapy practice in Warner Robins, GA, seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our clinic as a 1099 independent contractor.
This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who wants the flexibility of private practice without the demands of a traditional school-based position.
Position Highlights

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized speech and language therapy to pediatric clients

- Follow professional, ethical, and clinical standards of practice
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Georgia SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- CFY candidates may be considered
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable and comfortable working independently
Schedule
We are looking for an SLP who can provide at least 1–2 days per week, with the potential to increase hours as the practice grows.
Scheduling is flexible, and we are happy to work around another job, school schedule, or other commitments.
