Paramount Pediatrics is seeking an experienced Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing outpatient pediatric therapy team in Austell, Georgia. CFs are welcome to apply!
We are a private pediatric therapy clinic providing individualized, family-centered speech and language services in a supportive and collaborative environment. We value evidence-based practice, culturally responsive care, and creating a workplace where clinicians feel supported and respected.
We are looking for SLPs who enjoy working with children, value strong relationships with families, and want the autonomy and support that come with working in a growing, small private practice setting.
Position Details
- Full-time Monday–Thursday schedule (34 guaranteed paid hours per week)
- Part-Time availability
- No weekends required
- Paid documentation time built into the workday
- Paid time for required meetings and clinical responsibilities
- Individualized 30-minute treatment sessions
- Primarily outpatient pediatric caseload
- Opportunity to work with a variety of pediatric populations, including: Speech sound disorders; Language disorders; Autism spectrum disorder; Developmental delays; AAC

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Georgia SLP license or eligibility
- Pediatric clinical experience
- Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
- Ability to provide family-centered, evidence-based therapy
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills (preferred, but not required)
- Experience serving bilingual and multicultural families
- Experience with AAC
- Experience with early intervention and/or autism
- CFs should demonstrate a commitment and desire to grow these skills
