- Manage bar service and quality standards for beverages, cocktails, and specials.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor leadership to coordinate ticket flow and minimize guest wait times.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues according to brand guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and responsible alcohol service requirements, including ID checks.
