Job Description

The primary responsibilities for this role include the collection and analysis of highly confidential management information for the Mergers and Acquisitions (“M&A”) business. The individual will work closely with investment banking teams as well as the broader GBM finance & strategy team. The individual would also assist in ad-hoc analysis and reporting.

Principal Responsibilities:

Daily review and maintenance of confidential information
Responsible for p&l and pipeline review driving weekly reporting
Liaison between M&A Finance and investment bankers and other divisions
Assist in weekly and ad-hoc reporting
Assist in budgeting and planning for Business Unit Reviews
Ad-hoc requests

Skills / Experience

Good judgment, analytical capability, committed and flexible
Detailed oriented; ability to multi-task
Organized, clear and confident in written and oral communication
Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Tableau knowledge a plus
