The Opportunity
The Finance Lead, partners directly with senior leaders to build how we invest, grow, and make decisions! You’ll have the opportunity to develop your strategic financial expertise while working on some of Adobe’s most important business priorities! We’re seeking someone confident in building long-term cases, surface trends and risks through analysis, and provide deal support for major key clients. You’ll also collaborate with our Finance Center of Excellence (COE) to optimize headcount and expense plans and evaluate the return on strategic investments across key initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Build long-term cases and financial models for potential growth areas, including scenario evaluations, sensitivity analyses, and key value drivers.
- Establish frameworks for Return on Investments that help leadership prioritize investment, assess trade-offs, and make data-backed growth decisions.
- Identify trends, problems, and opportunities in financial data. Translate your findings into clear stories for senior leaders.
- Support large strategic accounts with deal economics, pricing and discount analysis, margin assessment, and leadership approvals.
- Lead quarterly forecasting cycles, partnering with teams across the business to align on assumptions and targets. Turn pipeline and coverage data into clear financial insights.
- Tell the story behind performance variances - what drove them, what the risks are, and what we should do next.
- Take on special projects and targeted analysis, crafting structure and clarity around new and ambiguous problems.
- Work with the Finance COE on expense and headcount planning and investment decisions.
- Use AI tools to sharpen your analysis and create more space for strategic work.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $128,700 - $243,850 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In New York, the pay range for this position is $168,400 - $243,850. In Washington, the pay range for this position is $142,800 - $206,850.
