We are a global, diversified multinational corporation with over 27 years of history, with branches in Canada and China. As part of our continued global expansion, we are now looking for a highly experienced Business Development Manager to lead the development of our business strategy and drive growth in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Development and Partnership Building:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships with key players in the U.S. market, particularly in the areas of immigration, assisted reproduction, real estate, insurance, and education.
- Lead negotiations with partners to establish long-term business collaborations that drive mutual growth.
Sales and Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, providing expert consultation and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience and achieving sales targets.
- Represent the company in key industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to promote business expansion.
Team Collaboration and Performance:
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure the smooth integration of services and customer-focused delivery.
- Ensure the business development team is trained and motivated to perform at their best, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related leadership role, preferably in the U.S. immigration, assisted reproduction, insurance, real estate, or education sectors.
- Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and achieve targets.
- Strong network and established relationships within the relevant industries in the U.S.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a team to success.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to high-end clients.
- In-depth understanding of U.S./Canada investment immigration, assisted reproduction project processes, and policies is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.

任职要求:
- 3年以上业务拓展、销售或相关领域的领导经验,优先考虑在美国移民、辅助生殖、保险、房地产或教育行业有工作经验的候选人。

- 在相关行业内拥有强大的网络和成熟的人脉关系。
- 出色的领导力和团队管理能力,能够激励和推动团队成功。
- 优秀的沟通、谈判和人际交往能力,能够为高端客户提供复杂解决方案。
- 熟悉美国/加拿大投资移民、辅助生殖项目流程及政策者优先。
- 中英文双语 能力必备。
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
