About the Role
The Supply Chain Analyst will be a key member of the Supply Chain Analyst Group, which leverages data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision-making across the global supply chain. This position will primarily support the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, a recurring monthly cycle with defined weekly deliverables. They will play a critical role in developing the monthly plan that directs operational activities worldwide to ensure alignment with customer demand. This role frequently interfaces with our Supply Chain Scheduler and will support as relief.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, advanced technical proficiency, and the ability to apply creative problem-solving to complex business challenges within a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support the SIOP process through the collection, validation, and analysis of demand and supply data.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance forecasting models to inform production and inventory strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Operations, and Supply Planning—to ensure cohesive and accurate demand alignment.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive analyses and presentations utilizing Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, preparation, and modeling to maintain data integrity and reliability.
- Utilize enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to extract, analyze, and interpret data relevant to demand forecasting and inventory management.
- Apply creative problem-solving techniques to address data anomalies, enhance analytical processes, and optimize planning accuracy.
- Generate actionable insights that support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making across the supply chain.

The Demand Analyst will be instrumental in advancing the organization’s supply chain planning capabilities and will collaborate closely with a team of professionals dedicated to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling).
- Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, including data validation, cleansing, preparation, and modeling.
- Strong understanding of demand planning principles and supply chain processes.
- 3 + years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated collaboration and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
The salary range for this role is $80,000-93,000. The Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.
