Key Responsibilities
- Manage Purchase Order (PO) creation for assigned regions
- Coordinate with the PO concierge agency for PO processing across regions
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of PO-related operational issues
- Evolve into an end-to-end Contract Operations role, supporting the full lifecycle of engagements and supplier contracting processes
- Contract Operations: Generate and manage engagement forms. Track contracts through the full lifecycle, from initiation to closure. Maintain visibility into contract status, risks, blockers, and timelines. Coordinate with SSMs, CLEA, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and prevent process delays. Support annual M&R contract management and renewals
- Operational Governance & Prioritization: Host and facilitate prioritization meetings. Manage operational priorities across contracts, engagements, and requests. Drive alignment across stakeholders on timelines and dependencies
- Procurement Support: Continue managing Purchase Order (PO) operations across regions. Coordinate with the PO concierge agency as needed
- Business Support & Analytics: Support reporting, analytics, and business needs. Identify operational gaps, trends, and process improvement opportunities
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in contract management, procurement operations, or business operations support
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes, from initiation through execution and closure
- Ability to coordinate effectively with legal, sourcing, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple contracts, priorities, timelines, and follow-ups
- Experience identifying process gaps, tracking risks, and driving issue resolution
- Clear communication skills and attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
