In this capacity, the Business Manager has the responsibility to:
- Lead the sourcing, selection, contract negotiation and management of one or more suppliers in alignment with the overarching supply chain strategy. - Lead the commercial and contractual aspects of the relationship and drive multifunctional teams relative to suppliers’ involvement.
- Lead the supplier performance management and cross-functional recurrent business reviews.
- Actively engage with Product Development teams, Engineering, Internal Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Finance, Tech Deployment, Worldwide Operations and other Supply Chain Team like Procurement, Sourcing, and Logistics in different product lines to achieve the programmatic objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, and program teams in different stages of product development heavy emphasis on new product introduction (NPI) to scale global deployment. Ensuring the sourcing strategies meet the technical capabilities, cost, schedule, and business objectives.

- Financial Management: Managing business relationships, contracts, pricing, and claims while maintaining effective negotiation strategies.
