JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain ITTS Investigation Analyst to support the Inventory Trouble Ticket System (ITTS) Investigation team. This role focuses on investigating and resolving high-volume supply chain issues involving carrier shipments, warehouse operations, fraudulent claims, 3PL partners, and systemic process issues. The successful candidate will be a strong problem solver who can independently investigate issues, prioritize competing requests, collaborate with internal and external partners, and deliver accurate resolutions while maintaining service-level expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Investigate and resolve Supply Chain ITTS trouble tickets involving shipping, inventory, warehouse, carrier, and customer-impacting issues.
- Identify and differentiate between fraudulent claims, carrier issues, 3PL/warehouse issues, and systemic process or technology issues.
- Research ticket details, shipment information, inventory records, and related data to determine root cause and appropriate resolution.
- Collaborate with third-party warehouses, carriers, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and IT teams to investigate and resolve issues.
- Manage a high-volume workload with a target of approximately 80 tickets resolved per day, while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy.
- Prioritize conflicting requests and determine solutions that minimize customer impact and business risk.
- Document investigation findings, actions taken, and resolutions accurately.
- Identify recurring issues and trends that may require escalation or broader process/system improvements.
- Work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while contributing effectively to a team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Inventory, Transportation, Warehouse, or related environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, investigation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with shipping, carriers, warehouses, 3PLs, inventory, or order fulfillment.
- Ability to manage high-volume tickets, cases, claims, or investigations while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Slack.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with fraud/claims investigation.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Experience identifying root causes, recurring trends, and systemic issues.
- Experience working with large supply chain or telecommunications organizations.
