Candidates who move fastest in Cincinnati target the city's logistics hubs in Sharonville and Blue Ash, its consumer packaged goods companies along the I-75 corridor, and the manufacturing operations concentrated in West Chester and Norwood. Employers here prioritize hands-on experience with inventory management, ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, and familiarity with high-volume distribution environments. A background in demand planning, procurement, or warehouse operations transfers well across the region's dominant sectors.
