Forecasting Alignment and Demand-Driven Procurement
- Partner closely with the Senior Supply Chain Manager to align procurement planning with demand forecasts, ensuring purchasing decisions are timed, sized, and structured to support forecasted inventory needs without creating excess or shortfall.

Supplier Relationship Management and Performance
- Own the strategic supplier relationship at the management level for Gifthealth’s most critical and highest-spend vendors, conducting formal business reviews, managing contract renewals, and resolving escalated performance issues.
- Build and maintain a supplier performance scorecard program, tracking on-time delivery, fill rates, quality, pricing compliance, and responsiveness, and using data to drive supplier accountability and continuous improvement.
- Support RFP and competitive bid processes for new supplier selections or contract re evaluations, coordinating with the Buyer team and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate proposals and select preferred partners.
