INTRODUCTION

We are looking to hire an experienced production support / SRE engineer to support business-critical digital asset platforms (wallets, blockchain-connected systems, transaction processing). We are looking for candidates from strong production engineering capability.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Must-Have Skills

- 5–8 years’ experience in Production Support / SRE / Platform Engineering
- Experience supporting mission-critical, high-availability systems
- Strong incident management & troubleshooting experience
- Solid Linux / system-level debugging skills
- Experience with real-time or distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools (e.g. Splunk, Grafana, ELK, Prometheus)
- Scripting / automation experience (Python, Java, or similar)
- Strong SQL / data investigation skills
- Good communication skills (technical and business stakeholders)

Strongly Preferred Backgrounds

- Markets / Electronic Trading (highly relevant)
- Payments platforms
- FinTech / exchanges
- SRE / platform engineering teams at scale

Nice to Have

- Any Digital Assets / Blockchain exposure
- Wallets, custody, or node operations
- Kubernetes / OpenShift
- Security / key management knowledge

Education

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
