About us
Our client is a global manufacturer of advanced fluid power systems and thermal management solutions serving OEMs across industrial, mobile equipment, and infrastructure markets. This division designs and manufactures large engine cooling systems entirely in-house—from raw materials through finished assemblies—including radiators, charge air coolers, bar plate heat exchangers, heat exchangers, and electronic fan controls. Their customers include major engine OEMs, generator packagers, EPC firms, and engineering groups supporting large-scale backup power infrastructure tied to data center growth.
WHY JOIN US?
- Competitive compensation: $120K-$140K base + up to $10K bonus + full benefits + relocation assistance if needed
- Direct ownership over a high-growth product line tied to explosive data center infrastructure demand
- Opportunity to work with major OEMs, generator packagers, and engineering firms supporting mission-critical backup power systems
- Highly visible role with direct impact on revenue growth, product strategy, and customer expansion
- Own opportunities from early customer discussions through launch instead of being siloed into only sales or only engineering
- Work for a manufacturer that builds its thermal systems in-house—from raw materials through finished assemblies—which gives you far more control over execution than most competitors
- Strong leadership visibility and influence across sales, engineering, operations, and executive leadership
- Growing market with long-term infrastructure tailwinds driven by data centers, backup power demand, and grid reliability concerns
