- Drive adoption of Cisco Vision across hotel brands by developing repeatable deployment strategies and standard methodologies, collaborating with Sales, Partner, and Customer Success teams, while crafting tailored technical demos, presentations, and collateral (deployment guides, reference architectures, white papers) for hospitality use cases.
- Partner with Smart Camera hotel customers to document successful deployments into compelling case studies and identify innovative implementations, translating lessons learned into product improvements and developing training content to strengthen field, partner, and customer technical readiness.
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience, Master's degree with 3+ years of related experience, or PhD with relevant experience.
- Experience in technical marketing, solutions engineering, product management, technical consulting, or customer-facing engineering roles.

- Willingness and ability to travel 50-70% to customer locations, industry conferences, and Cisco offices, supporting a multi-region customer and partner portfolio.
- Experience working with hotel brands, ownership groups, management companies, or hospitality technology providers.
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer requirements into technical product specifications and crafting customer success stories, reference architectures, and executive presentations.
