Founded by the team behind IntSights (acquired by Rapid7), PointFive recently closed a $60M Series B led by Accel, with participation from Entrée Capital and Salesforce Ventures.
About the Role
This is PointFive's first growth hire, and you'll own the demand engine end to end—from paid and lifecycle marketing to outbound orchestration and pipeline reporting. You'll report directly to the CRO with real latitude to decide what to run, what to kill, and where the next dollar goes, collaborating with colleagues across the globe as well as contractors and paid media agencies that you'll manage day to day.
What You'll Do
Own paid media. Run Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and any other channel you’re interested in testing —strategy, budget allocation, creative direction, and results.
Build email and lifecycle marketing
Run integrated campaigns and field events across paid, email, and outbound, owning the pre- and post-event motion
Orchestrate outbound with sales, aligning targeting, sequences, signals, and content so outbound and marketing pull in the same direction.
Own pipeline measurement and reporting, building it yourself across HubSpot, Salesforce, Snowflake, Google Analytics, and Common Room to show what's actually creating pipeline.
Improve the website and conversion path, from traffic to conversion rate to the path from first visit to qualified meeting.
What We're Looking For
Must-have
5+ years in B2B growth or demand generation; bachelor's degree.
Hands-on-keyboard experience building campaigns, pulling data, and shipping work yourself—this isn't a role that manages a team into results.
Comfort working technically and operationally in HubSpot, Salesforce, and ad platforms, with the ability to work with data directly; SQL or Snowflake experience is a real advantage.
A curious, fast working style—testing, reading data honestly, and changing course without being told to.
High work ethic and high ownership; this is a small team with a big surface area and no passengers.
Nice to have
Experience marketing technical products to technical personas, especially engineering or platform teams
Familiarity with both PLG and sales-led GTM models
FinOps, cloud infrastructure, or developer tools background
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $185,000 - $210,000 USD annually.
Health, dental, vision (yes, all three!), equity in something early-stage and exciting, generous PTO, 401K, meal & commuter benefits, a team that will actually challenge you and much more
Why PointFive
Build a function, not inherit one. You'll report to the CRO, sit close to revenue, and see the direct line between what you run and what closes.
Real latitude from day one. You decide what to run, what to kill, and where the next dollar goes, backed by contractors and an agency you manage.
A proving ground for your next step. If your goal is to run marketing as a VP or CMO, this is the job where you show you can.
Equal Opportunity Statement
PointFive is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to apply.

Growth Marketing Lead Jobs in Massachusetts: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a growth marketing lead in Massachusetts?
Growth marketing lead roles in Massachusetts do not require a state-issued license or credential. Most employers expect a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field, combined with direct experience running growth experiments and paid acquisition campaigns. Massachusetts hiring managers, particularly at Boston-area SaaS and biotech companies, strongly favor candidates who can show measurable funnel impact and familiarity with product analytics tools over candidates with credentials alone.
How much do growth marketing leads make in Massachusetts?
Growth marketing leads in Massachusetts earn a median of about $212,020 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $122,350 for the lowest 10% to over $310,510 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire growth marketing leads in Massachusetts?
Employers hiring growth marketing leads in Massachusetts right now include Whoop, ALKU, and Bevi, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Massachusetts's dense concentration of SaaS, health tech, and fintech companies means hiring activity is consistent throughout the year, with particularly strong demand from Boston and Cambridge-based product-driven organizations.
Which Massachusetts cities have the most growth marketing lead jobs?
Boston, Andover, and Beverly account for the largest share of growth marketing lead openings in Massachusetts. Boston and Cambridge drive the majority of listings given their concentration of technology, biotech, and venture-backed startups, while Waltham and suburbs along Route 128 contribute a steady share tied to established enterprise software and life sciences companies headquartered there.
Are there remote growth marketing lead jobs in Massachusetts?
Yes, and more than most fields. Growth marketing lead work is largely digital and data-driven, making it well suited to remote arrangements. About 73% of growth marketing lead openings tied to Massachusetts are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting broad employer comfort with distributed marketing teams. Roles focused on campaign analysis, lifecycle strategy, and content-driven growth tend to be the most fully remote.
How can I get hired as a growth marketing lead in Massachusetts with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is transitioning from an adjacent role such as marketing coordinator, paid media analyst, or product marketing associate at a Boston-area company, then building a portfolio of experiments and measurable results. Large Massachusetts employers including HubSpot and Wayfair regularly hire marketing associates and rotational program participants who move into growth-focused roles after demonstrating analytical ability. Completing a relevant certification in growth analytics or CRO and contributing to a documented side project or internship with quantifiable outcomes strengthens any early-career application considerably.
Where can I find and apply to growth marketing lead jobs in Massachusetts?
You can find and apply to growth marketing lead jobs in Massachusetts on Migrate Mate, which lists current Massachusetts openings across industries and experience levels. Search the listings, find roles that fit your background and preferred location, and apply directly to the ones that match.
