ROLE OVERVIEW
Cresta is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Web & CRO to own and evolve our website as a high-performing growth engine. This person will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Cresta.com — driving organic traffic, improving conversion rates, and turning the website into a measurable source of pipeline and revenue. You’ll work cross-functionally across marketing, design, operations, and external agency partners to deliver a best-in-class web experience while building scalable processes for experimentation, localization, analytics, and site governance. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on how Cresta shows up to prospects, customers, and the market.

- Spearhead the website CRO strategy, designing and running a continuous testing and experimentation program to improve conversion rates across key pages and user journeys, turning more visitors into MQLs and pipeline.
- Manage web intake and prioritization, managing 5+ new weekly requests across stakeholders and maintaining a clear, transparent backlog and delivery plan.
- Project manage internal stakeholders and external partners, working in lockstep with our web agency to scope, prioritize, QA, and ship high-quality work.
- Oversee Webflow CMS operations, including page builds, updates, QA, publishing workflows, and governance standards.
- Elevate website quality through improvements to messaging clarity, information architecture, template consistency, and overall user experience.
- Lead website localization efforts, partnering with the International Marketing Manager to define requirements, manage implementation, and establish scalable workflows for multi-language site expansion.
- Build website performance reporting and insights, partnering with Marketing Ops to ensure clean measurement across GA4, Looker dashboards, and downstream systems.
- Proactively identify and evaluate new tools, technologies, and industry trends to improve site performance, administration, and competitive positioning.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in web marketing, website management, or growth roles in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated experience owning a marketing website end-to-end, including roadmap development, prioritization, and cross-functional execution
- Deep hands-on experience with enterprise web CMS platforms, including page builds, updates, QA, and publishing workflows.
- Experience working closely with and managing external web or design agencies
- Proficiency with GA4 and Looker or similar BI tools; hands-on experience with web experimentation and A/B testing to drive conversion improvements.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of incoming requests while maintaining clarity and prioritization

Tips for Your Growth Marketing Lead Job Search
Quantify funnel impact on your resume
Growth marketing lead roles attract candidates who can show measurable pipeline contribution. Lead with metrics tied to CAC reduction, MQL-to-SQL conversion, or revenue attribution, not just channel ownership. Vague descriptions of 'running campaigns' won't differentiate you.
Match your stack to the job description
Hiring teams screen for specific tools: HubSpot, Marketo, Segment, Amplitude, or Looker often appear as requirements. Scan the job description before applying and mirror the exact tool names you've used in your resume, since applicant tracking systems parse for matches.
Apply early to roles that fit
Migrate Mate lists growth marketing lead openings from across the United States in one place, so you can find roles that match and apply directly to each listing.
Target companies at the right growth stage
A Series B startup and a public enterprise hire growth marketing leads for very different scopes. Series B roles expect you to own full-funnel strategy with limited resources, while enterprise roles reward channel specialization. Filter openings by company stage to avoid misaligned interviews.
Prepare a growth audit for interviews
Many growth marketing lead interviews include a take-home or live audit of the company's current acquisition or retention strategy. Review their landing pages, email sequences, and paid ads before your interview so you can speak to specific opportunities, not generic frameworks.
Negotiate scope before you negotiate salary
Before discussing compensation, clarify whether the role owns budget, headcount, and channel strategy end-to-end or supports a VP of marketing. The scope gap between two roles with the same title is often significant and directly affects your leverage and growth path.
Growth Marketing Lead Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies are hiring the most growth marketing leads?
The companies hiring the most growth marketing leads right now include Arona Home Essentials, Qdoba, and Vercel, with the largest share of openings in California, New York, and Texas, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. SaaS and fintech companies consistently account for a large portion of active openings.
How many growth marketing lead jobs are remote?
About 72% of growth marketing lead openings are fully remote or hybrid as of August 2026, making it one of the more location-flexible senior marketing roles. Positions focused on lifecycle email, paid acquisition strategy, and analytics tend to be most commonly listed as remote, while roles requiring close cross-functional work with product or sales teams lean toward hybrid arrangements.
How do you become a growth marketing lead?
Start by developing hands-on experience in at least two growth channels, such as paid search, email, or SEO, at either an agency or an in-house team. Build fluency in a marketing automation platform and a product analytics tool. Move into owning a channel end-to-end, then demonstrate cross-channel impact before stepping into a lead role. Most growth marketing leads spent several years as individual contributors before managing programs or direct reports.
Can you get hired as a growth marketing lead without direct leadership experience?
Yes, especially at early-stage companies that value execution over org chart experience. If you've owned a growth channel independently, run experiments from hypothesis to reporting, and collaborated closely with product or engineering, you can make a strong case. Leading with results and showing you can operate without heavy direction matters more than a formal management title in your history.
What does the growth marketing lead interview process look like?
Most processes include an initial recruiter screen, a hiring manager conversation focused on your growth philosophy and past results, and a technical or case-based round where you audit a funnel or design an experiment. Final rounds often involve a presentation to cross-functional stakeholders. The entire process typically runs across several weeks, and take-home assignments are common at the mid-stage.
Where can I find and apply to growth marketing lead jobs?
You can find and apply to growth marketing lead jobs on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings from across the United States. Find roles that match your experience and apply directly to each listing from the page.
