Brand Partnerships Consultant
Royal Flagship | Independent Contractor (1099) | Remote | Part-Time / Flexible
About Royal Flagship
Royal Flagship partners with consumer brands to accelerate growth across the world's leading marketplaces by investing our capital, managing the operational complexity, and putting our resources behind every brand we back.
The Opportunity
Pay is entirely based on the number of brands you refer that sign with us — there's no cap on your earnings, no set hours, and it's designed to work alongside whatever else you've got going on.
The yearly range is an estimated range, not a guarantee — you only earn when a referral successfully converts into a signed brand.
About the Role
We're looking for well-connected individuals to join our Brand Referral Program. This is a simple, results-only role: you introduce us to brands in your network that you think would be a strong fit for Royal Flagship, and we take it from there.
This isn't a sales job. You won't be cold-calling strangers, pitching on our behalf, or managing anything after the introduction is made. If you already have real relationships with brand owners — through a past role, an agency, consulting work, or your own network in the consumer products space — this role is built to let you monetize that network with zero day-to-day commitment.
What You'll Do
- Submit brands you believe are a strong fit for Royal Flagship
- Make a warm introduction once we confirm the brand is a fit
- Disclose to the brand that you're compensated for the introduction
- Get paid if the brand becomes an active partner
What You Won't Do
- Negotiate pricing or contract terms
- Speak on Royal Flagship's behalf
- Manage the brand relationship after the introduction
- Access any internal systems or brand data
Compensation
This role is paid entirely on performance: a flat, one-time payout for every brand you introduce that becomes a signed Royal Flagship partner. There's no cap on how many brands you can refer, no cold outreach required, and no negotiating involved — you make the connection, we handle the rest.
Payout amounts are tiered based on the value of each deal and are shared in detail once we've had a chance to connect. Payment is fast once a deal closes: you're paid within days of the brand's first order going live, not months later.
Who We're Looking For
- People with genuine, existing relationships with consumer brand owners or decision-makers — not people looking to build sales experience from scratch
- Former brand managers, agency or marketplace consultants, industry consultants, or anyone whose career has put them in regular contact with brand founders
- Comfortable with a straightforward disclosure conversation ("I work with Royal Flagship and I'm compensated for introductions that turn into partnerships")
- No prior experience with Royal Flagship required — just a real network and good judgment about which brands are worth introducing
Why This Role
- Get paid for relationships you've already built — no new skills required
- Zero ongoing time commitment once an introduction is made
- Fast payout once a deal closes
- Flexible, remote, and entirely your own schedule
Pay: $5,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Flexible schedule
Application Question(s):
- Do you currently have existing, established relationships with consumer brand owners or decision-makers (through a past role, agency, consulting work, or your own network)?
- Approximately how many consumer brand owners or decision-makers are in your current professional network?
- What industry or channel is your network primarily connected to?
- Briefly describe your background and the types of consumer brands in your network you'd consider referring.
- Pay is based entirely on brands you refer that sign with us — no cap on earnings, no set hours, and it works alongside your current job or other commitments. Sound like a fit for you?

Tips for Your Brand Partnerships Manager Job Search
Quantify your partnership revenue impact
Hiring managers for brand partnerships roles want to see deal value, not just activity. List the total contract value you managed, the number of partners you activated, and any revenue lift tied directly to your campaigns. Vague results get skipped.
Tailor your portfolio to each vertical
A deck that shows consumer packaged goods partnerships won't land the same way at a streaming platform. Swap in case studies that mirror the company's partner mix before you apply. One well-matched example outweighs three generic ones.
Apply early to roles that fit
Migrate Mate lists brand partnerships manager openings from across the United States in one place, so you can find roles that match and apply directly to each listing.
Target companies actively expanding partner programs
Look for brands that recently raised funding, launched a new product line, or announced a platform expansion. Those signals often precede new partnership headcount. Check company newsrooms and earnings summaries before you filter openings by title alone.
Prepare a live deal walkthrough for interviews
Most brand partnerships interviews include a scenario or case exercise. Practice narrating a real deal you sourced from first contact through signed contract, including how you handled stalled negotiations. Interviewers want to hear your process, not just the outcome.
Negotiate using future pipeline value
When you reach the offer stage, anchor your ask to the partner revenue you expect to generate, not just your current salary. Come prepared with a rough pipeline estimate for your first year based on the company's existing partner program size and your target verticals.
Brand Partnerships Manager Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies are hiring the most brand partnerships managers?
The companies hiring the most brand partnerships managers right now include TikTok, Atmosphere TV, and Amazon, with the largest share of openings in California, New York, and Texas, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Demand is concentrated at consumer-facing brands, media companies, and high-growth technology platforms building out co-marketing and affiliate programs.
How many brand partnerships manager jobs are remote?
About 76% of brand partnerships manager openings are fully remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting the relationship-driven but often digitally managed nature of the role. Sub-areas focused on affiliate and influencer partnerships tend to carry the highest share of remote-eligible listings, while roles tied to in-person sponsor activations or retail co-op programs are more likely to require an on-site presence.
How do you become a brand partnerships manager?
Most brand partnerships managers start in account management, marketing coordinator, or sales roles where they gain experience pitching and managing external relationships. Building familiarity with deal structures, co-marketing mechanics, and partner attribution tools accelerates the path. Moving into a junior partnerships or business development role at a brand with an active partner program is the most direct route before stepping into a manager title.
Can you get a brand partnerships manager job with little experience?
Yes, entry-level partnerships roles exist, especially at mid-size brands and startups building their programs from scratch. Candidates with strong backgrounds in account management, influencer relations, or affiliate marketing can make a compelling case even without a formal partnerships title. Demonstrating that you've managed external relationships end-to-end, closed any type of commercial agreement, or grown a partner channel carries more weight than years of tenure alone.
What does the brand partnerships manager interview process look like?
The process typically runs three to four rounds. An initial recruiter screen is followed by a hiring manager conversation focused on your deal history and relationship management style. A case exercise or take-home assignment usually asks you to pitch a hypothetical partnership or evaluate an existing program. Final rounds often include presentations to cross-functional stakeholders from marketing, sales, or finance who would work directly with the partnerships team.
Where can I find and apply to brand partnerships manager jobs?
You can find and apply to brand partnerships manager jobs on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings from across the United States. Find roles that match your experience and target verticals, then apply directly to each listing. All openings are sourced from employers actively hiring, so the roles you see reflect real, current demand.
