Growth Marketing Lead Jobs in Texas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a growth marketing lead in Texas?
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field is the standard starting point for growth marketing leads in Texas. No state-issued license or Texas-specific credential is required. Most Texas employers prioritize a portfolio of measurable campaign results, hands-on experience with growth experimentation, and proficiency with analytics and automation tools over any single certification or formal exam.
How much do growth marketing leads make in Texas?
Growth marketing leads in Texas earn a median of about $147,880 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $81,820 for the lowest 10% to over $259,200 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire growth marketing leads in Texas?
Employers hiring growth marketing leads in Texas right now include Apple, Aceable, and Atlassian, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Texas's large base of SaaS companies, e-commerce brands, and major corporate headquarters generates consistent, year-round demand for growth marketing talent across both enterprise and high-growth startup environments.
Which Texas cities have the most growth marketing lead jobs?
Austin, Dallas, and Houston have the most growth marketing lead openings in Texas. Austin's dense concentration of SaaS startups and technology headquarters drives the largest share of listings, while Dallas-Fort Worth's corporate headquarters and retail brands anchor strong demand, and Houston's energy-sector diversification into technology and consumer services has expanded its growth marketing hiring steadily.
Are there remote growth marketing lead jobs in Texas?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 33% of growth marketing lead openings tied to Texas are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, reflecting the desk-based and digital nature of the work. Strategy, experimentation design, and performance analysis are the areas most commonly offered fully remote, while roles requiring close collaboration with product or creative teams tend to favor hybrid arrangements.
How can I get hired as a growth marketing lead in Texas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving laterally from a performance marketing coordinator, digital marketing analyst, or product marketing associate role at a Texas technology company or retailer. Large Texas employers such as Dell, Oracle, and H-E-B offer rotational marketing programs and associate-level growth roles that develop the skills needed to step into a lead position. Building a portfolio of documented experiments, conversion improvements, or channel-growth projects gives candidates a clear edge over those with credentials alone.
Where can I find and apply to growth marketing lead jobs in Texas?
You can find and apply to growth marketing lead jobs in Texas on Migrate Mate, which lists current Texas openings from employers actively hiring. Find roles that fit your experience and apply directly to each one without creating a profile or signing up.
