- Provide tier 1 level support for all office computers and technology in DSS office space – this includes installing software, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting users with various technical issues.
- Migrate users' files from their old computer to a new computer.
- Assist with the creation and execution of training sessions.
- Assist in providing accessible textbooks for students with disabilities. Assist with the maintenance of DSS hardware inventory.
- Answer general questions of students/visitors to DSS inquiring about accommodations.
- Computer-related major (MIS, CS, etc.).
- Prior lab or technical job experience.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Ability to troubleshoot technology related problems.
- Willing to learn new things.
- Have sensitivity of intercultural communication.
