- Maintain project management templates and process documentation in adherence to PMO policies.
- Administrative support including project communications, meeting minutes, and coordinating project activities.
- Initiate and track hardware and software requests.
- Develop demand management and resource utilization reporting.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma
- Four years of experience in a project management or project support role.
OR
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in information systems, business administration or another related field.
Preferred:
- One year of experience in healthcare/patient care environment
- Willingness to obtain a Project Management Certification (PMP)
