Physical Therapist - Days - Contingent - Pay Per Visit - Home Health Care – Northern Oakland County
As a Physical Therapist in our Home Health Care Division, you will be required to conduct Therapy in our patients' homes.
Responsibilities

- Bring healing to life by implementing personalized physical therapy treatment programs tailored to each client's unique needs—whether that's therapeutic heat, aquatic therapy, targeted exercises, or other evidence-based interventions
- Work your magic to help clients overcome pain and reclaim their physical independence, all while working under the supportive guidance of our therapy supervisor
- Create customized care plans that get clients excited about their recovery journey and help them achieve their rehabilitation goals
- Partner with clients in their homes to deliver compassionate, results-driven therapy that actually works
- Stay energized knowing that your expertise is directly improving quality of life for the people you serve in Northern Oakland County

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Accredited Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy required to relieve pain and/or restore a physiological function.
- Requires current Physical Therapist licensure in the State of Michigan.
- Must be able to lift and position clients and perform treatment modalities.
- High level of interpersonal skill is required to effectively interface with clients and physicians.
- Must possess a current State of Michigan driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
- Must have reliable transportation and a telephone.
