- Provide on-site individual counseling to residents in senior living communities
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop care plans
- Serve as BetterCare Wellness's primary relationship contact with community staff at your assigned site(s)
- Maintain clinical documentation using our EHR system, in compliance with Medicare Part B and ethical/licensure standards
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and facility staff to support resident wellbeing
- Fully and independently licensed in North Carolina — LISW, LPC, LMFT, LPA, or Psychologist. This role is not suitable for provisionally licensed or associate-level clinicians.
- Strong relationship-building skills — you'll be the face of BetterCare Wellness within your communities
- Genuine interest in older adult mental health and senior living settings
