DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Assistant will support the Electronics Segment marketing team by executing day-to-day marketing activities with a focus on trade shows, content support, and brand operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working across a variety of marketing functions.
This position will play a key role in ensuring marketing initiatives are executed efficiently from coordinating events and managing branded materials to assisting with content creation and internal marketing operations.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Trade Shows & Events
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows and events including booth materials, shipping, setup, and vendor communication
- Assist with pre-event planning and post-event follow-up
- Maintain inventory of trade show assets (booths, banners, swag, etc.)
- Support on-site execution as needed (travel <10%)
Company Store & Branded Materials
- Manage and maintain the company store (inventory, updates, coordination with vendors)
- Assist with ordering and distribution of branded merchandise
- Ensure brand consistency across all physical materials
Content & Marketing Support
- Assist with content ideation for social media, campaigns, and internal initiatives
- Support content creation including:
- Basic graphic design (social posts, flyers, simple assets)
- Presentation updates
- Basic copywriting/editing
- Help coordinate content across teams to ensure deadlines are met
Administrative & Team Support
- Provide general support to the marketing team across campaigns and initiatives
- Help coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables across projects
- Support internal communications and marketing organization
- Other duties as assigned to support marketing initiatives and team objectives
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva)
- Experience supporting events or trade shows
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
- Experience managing inventory or coordinating vendors
