Content Syndication:
- Plan and execute content syndication campaigns across existing vendors and identify new vendors to test on an ongoing basis.
- Select and package content assets (ebooks, reports, webinars) suited for top- and mid-funnel syndication goals.
- Manage campaign targeting parameters including job function, industry, company size, and intent topics to maximize audience relevance.
- Track engagement metrics and pipeline contribution, and continuously refine content selection and targeting based on performance data.

- Maintain accurate budget tracking and pacing; flag risks and opportunities proactively.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure proper UTM tagging, CRM integration, and attribution across all programs.
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership on a regular cadence.
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding TN Visa Sponsorship as a Performance Marketing Manager
Frame your degree for TN eligibility
TN classification depends on matching your credential to the right USMCA category. A marketing or business degree supports Management Consultant; a computer science or information systems degree strengthens a Computer Systems Analyst filing for data-driven performance roles.
Target employers with recent visa filings
Search for companies with recent visa filings for marketing or analyst roles. Employers experienced with work visa sponsorship are far less likely to reject your application over sponsorship concerns.
Get your offer letter scoped precisely
CBP officers evaluate the job description on your offer letter, not your title. Ask your employer to describe duties in terms of marketing strategy, campaign analysis, or systems consulting rather than generic management language, which can trigger category mismatch issues at the border.
Use Migrate Mate to find TN-ready employers
Migrate Mate filters Performance Marketing Manager listings by TN visa sponsorship availability, so you're not applying blind. Search by role and location to surface employers who have already indicated willingness to support TN filings.
Prepare for Mexican citizen consular processing timelines
Mexican nationals must apply at a U.S. consulate, where appointment availability varies by location and season. Build at least four to six weeks into your start date negotiation to account for scheduling and document review delays.

Find Performance Marketing Manager JobsPerformance Marketing Manager TN Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Performance Marketing Manager role qualify for TN visa sponsorship?
Yes, but the classification depends on how your employer structures the role. Positions emphasizing strategy, analytics, and consulting typically qualify under the Management Consultant category. Roles heavily focused on marketing technology platforms or data systems may qualify under Computer Systems Analyst. The offer letter's description of duties drives the CBP officer's determination, so precise scoping matters.
How does TN visa sponsorship for this role compare to H-1B?
TN has no annual lottery, no USCIS petition for Canadians, and no multi-month wait. Canadians can receive approval at a port of entry on the day of travel. H-1B requires a lottery selection in April, a USCIS petition process, and an October 1 start date at the earliest. For Performance Marketing Manager roles with a qualifying degree, TN is a faster and more predictable path.
What documents do I need to bring for TN approval as a Canadian citizen?
You need a valid Canadian passport, a detailed offer letter from your U.S. employer describing the role and its fit within a qualifying USMCA category, and proof of your qualifying degree or credentials. If your degree is in a non-obvious field, a credential evaluation from a recognized agency strengthens your case. Bring originals and copies of everything.
Where can I find Performance Marketing Manager jobs that already offer TN visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for Canadian and Mexican professionals searching for roles with TN visa sponsorship. Rather than filtering through general job listings where sponsorship status is unclear, Migrate Mate surfaces Performance Marketing Manager positions from employers who have indicated TN sponsorship availability, saving you the step of cold-qualifying each application.
Can Mexican citizens use TN visa sponsorship for this role, and is there a cap?
Yes, Mexican citizens can obtain TN status for Performance Marketing Manager roles through consular processing at a U.S. embassy or consulate in Mexico. There is a statutory annual allocation of 5,500 TN visas for Mexican nationals under USMCA, which differs from the unlimited access Canadians have. Apply well before your intended start date and confirm appointment availability at your nearest consulate.
