ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Mesa seeks an Engineering Manager that will play a key role in aligning engineering activities for value creation, regulatory and code compliance, and achieving long-term client goals. Operating at the tactical and assisting with the operational levels, this position influences planning, budgeting, and organizational development.

- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of transmission and distribution project processes.
- Ability to identify quality issues.
- Stakeholder engagement with contractors and internal partners.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee multiple engineering teams or a full department responsible for planning, designing, and executing transmission and distribution infrastructure projects.
- Align engineering efforts with organizational goals, regulatory mandates, and long-term client success.
- Manage project budgets, staffing, and performance evaluations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Lead initiatives focused on grid modernization, system resilience, and integration of new technologies.
- Collaborate with operations, planning, construction, and executive teams to ensure engineering solutions support business needs.
- Develop and enforce engineering standards, processes, and quality assurance protocols across the department.
