Treasury Manager Jobs in Arizona: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a treasury manager in Arizona?
Most treasury managers in Arizona start with a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, then build several years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or financial analysis. Arizona does not require a state-issued license for this role, but the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) credential, awarded by the Association for Financial Professionals, is widely recognized by Arizona employers as the industry standard and significantly strengthens a candidate's competitiveness.
Which companies hire treasury managers in Arizona?
Employers hiring treasury managers in Arizona right now include arrivia, P.F. Chang's, and Oscar Health, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Arizona's concentration of large corporate headquarters, regional bank operations, and healthcare systems creates consistent year-round demand for treasury management talent across the state.
Which Arizona cities have the most treasury manager jobs?
Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe are the Arizona cities with the most treasury manager openings. Phoenix dominates as the state's corporate and financial hub, home to major bank operations centers and public company headquarters, while Scottsdale and Tempe contribute a growing share of openings from fintech firms, real estate investment companies, and regional financial services operations concentrated in the East Valley corridor.
Are there remote treasury manager jobs in Arizona?
Yes, and more than many finance roles. Treasury management is largely analytical and systems-driven, which makes it more compatible with remote and hybrid arrangements than hands-on finance functions. About 25% of treasury manager openings tied to Arizona are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, with cash forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling work being the functions most commonly performed off-site.
How can I get hired as a treasury manager in Arizona with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is a financial analyst or treasury analyst role at a large Arizona employer such as a regional bank, healthcare system, or corporate headquarters, where exposure to cash management and banking operations builds foundational skills directly. Arizona's healthcare sector, anchored by systems like Banner Health and Dignity Health, and its growing fintech community in Tempe frequently hire junior treasury analysts as stepping stones. Earning the CTP credential early, even as a candidate, signals commitment and gives a meaningful edge over applicants without formal treasury experience.
Where can I find and apply to treasury manager jobs in Arizona?
You can find and apply to treasury manager jobs in Arizona on Migrate Mate, which lists current Arizona openings updated regularly. Search the available roles, find the ones that match your experience and preferred location, and apply directly to the employers posting them.
