Value Based Care Jobs in New Hampshire: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a value based care in New Hampshire?
Most value based care roles in New Hampshire require a bachelor's degree in health administration, nursing, public health, or a related clinical field, with many senior positions expecting a master's degree or equivalent experience. Clinical positions may require an active license issued or recognized by the New Hampshire Board of Nursing or the New Hampshire Office of Professional Licensure and Certification. Non-clinical roles in analytics or program management typically enter through healthcare operations or managed care experience rather than a state license.
Which companies hire value based cares in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire value based care roles are posted by Mosaic North America, Dentons, and RightWorks and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. New Hampshire's integrated health systems and regional payers are among the most consistent sources of openings, particularly as the state expands accountable care and Medicaid managed care programs.
Which New Hampshire cities have the most value based care jobs?
New Hampshire, Nashua, and Portsmouth have the most value based care openings in New Hampshire. Manchester and Nashua drive the largest share because they host the state's biggest health systems, regional payer offices, and managed care organizations, while Concord's concentration of state government health agencies and policy bodies creates consistent demand for population health and program management roles.
Are there remote value based care jobs in New Hampshire?
Yes, and more than most healthcare fields, because value based care work often centers on data analysis, care management coordination, and payer-provider program oversight that can be done off-site. About 100% of value based care openings tied to New Hampshire are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting how widely payers and ACOs have adopted flexible arrangements. Roles focused on quality reporting, population health analytics, and contract performance tend to offer the most remote flexibility.
How can I get hired as a value based care in New Hampshire with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a care coordinator or health navigator role at one of New Hampshire's community health centers or Federally Qualified Health Centers, which regularly hire candidates without direct value-based care experience. Dartmouth Health and Concord Hospital both offer rotational or associate-level roles in care management that serve as practical on-ramps. A background in case management, health insurance operations, or clinical support, combined with a care management certification, meaningfully strengthens a first application in this field.
Where can I find and apply to value based care jobs in New Hampshire?
You can find and apply to value based care jobs in New Hampshire on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings across the state. Search the listings for roles that match your experience and specialization, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
