Sales Director
A desirable opportunity exists for a highly accomplished professional to lead the sales team utilizing the Company's marketing and sales philosophies and techniques to successfully achieve and exceed community sales goals. This position responsibilities include oversight of the sales staff, including hiring, training and development, counseling, and performance evaluation. Training on sales techniques, policies and procedures and development of site-specific marketing plans and budget.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Qualified applicants will possess a minimum of 10 years sales experience in leadership and management of multiple salespeople.
- Previous senior living industry experience preferred.
- Proven individual sales experience as a top producer.
- College degree required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license, where applicable.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Additional requirements include:
- Proficiency in all forms of communication, verbal and written, including public speaking and concept presentation for outreach and community relations.
- Ability to motivate staff creating upbeat, positive and enthusiastic work environment.
- Must be able to prioritize work and stay focused on objectives while meeting deadlines and goals.
- High level of financial acumen.
- Ability to train and develop on individual needs of each sales person to drive sales performance.
