Which companies sponsor visas for service coordinators in Arizona?
Banner Health, Dignity Health, Maricopa Integrated Health System, and large nonprofit social service organizations based in Phoenix and Tucson have histories of sponsoring work visas for service coordinators. State government agencies and federally funded programs also hire service coordinators and sometimes sponsor H-1B petitions, particularly for roles requiring specialized degrees in social work, healthcare administration, or human services.
Which visa types are most common for service coordinator roles in Arizona?
The H-1B is the most common visa for service coordinator roles that require a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as social work, healthcare administration, or a related discipline. Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify under the TN visa if the role aligns with an eligible USMCA occupation. Some positions within university systems or nonprofits may also qualify for cap-exempt H-1B sponsorship.
Which cities in Arizona have the most service coordinator sponsorship jobs?
Phoenix has the highest concentration of service coordinator sponsorship opportunities, driven by its large healthcare systems, managed care organizations, and social services sector. Tucson is the second-largest market, with University of Arizona Health Network and county agencies actively hiring. Tempe and Chandler also have growing demand, particularly from technology-adjacent companies and disability services providers operating in the East Valley.
How to find service coordinator visa sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to identify Arizona employers actively hiring service coordinators who sponsor international candidates. Because sponsorship willingness is not always stated in standard job postings, using Migrate Mate saves time and surfaces relevant roles across Phoenix, Tucson, and other Arizona cities that you might otherwise miss searching general job boards.
Are there state-specific factors that affect visa sponsorship for service coordinators in Arizona?
Arizona's large healthcare infrastructure and federally funded programs for developmental disabilities, including the Division of Developmental Disabilities, generate consistent demand for service coordinators. Employers filing H-1B petitions must meet Department of Labor prevailing wage requirements for the Phoenix or Tucson metro areas, which are determined by job zone and local market data. Roles within Arizona's public university system may access cap-exempt H-1B status, which avoids the annual lottery.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored service coordinator jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
