Which companies sponsor visas for service coordinators in New Hampshire?
Larger employers with dedicated HR teams are most likely to sponsor visas for service coordinators in New Hampshire. Dartmouth Health, Catholic Medical Center, and Easter Seals New Hampshire have sponsored foreign workers in care coordination and social services roles. State agencies and federally funded disability services organizations sometimes sponsor as well, though smaller nonprofits rarely have the resources to navigate the sponsorship process independently.
Which visa types are most common for service coordinator roles in New Hampshire?
The H-1B is the most common visa for service coordinator positions that require a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, human services, or a related specialty field. Some roles may also qualify under the TN visa for Canadian or Mexican nationals with relevant credentials. Employers filing Labor Condition Applications with the Department of Labor must meet prevailing wage requirements for the Manchester-Nashua or Concord metropolitan areas.
Which cities in New Hampshire have the most service coordinator sponsorship jobs?
Manchester is New Hampshire's largest city and the primary hub for service coordinator hiring, home to major hospital systems and social services organizations. Concord, as the state capital, concentrates government-affiliated and nonprofit roles, particularly in disability services and case management. Nashua also offers opportunities through healthcare and community service providers. Rural areas of the state have limited sponsoring employers by comparison.
How to find service coordinator visa sponsorship jobs in New Hampshire?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers and filters service coordinator roles in New Hampshire by visa sponsorship eligibility, saving you from sorting through listings where sponsorship is unavailable. Because service coordinator sponsorship is concentrated among a relatively small number of larger healthcare and human services employers in the state, using a focused tool like Migrate Mate helps you identify those employers efficiently rather than searching broadly.
Are there state-specific considerations for service coordinators seeking visa sponsorship in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire's service coordinator roles frequently fall under state-regulated programs for developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders, where positions may require specific licensure or certification alongside a qualifying degree. Employers sponsoring under H-1B must demonstrate the role meets the specialty occupation standard, which is more straightforward for clinical case management than for generalist coordinator positions. The University of New Hampshire's social work and human services programs also create a local talent pipeline that international candidates compete within.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored service coordinator jobs in New Hampshire?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
