You are a problem solver—someone who looks to find ways to be more efficient in every corner and who sees every obstacle as a puzzle to be solved. Not only are you a Grade A planner and organizer, but you know how to engage a diverse team, set clear standards, remove barriers, and ensure accountability. You’re no stranger to tight timelines and competing priorities. And you’re a superb communicator, able to interpret data in a relevant way, translate complex technical specifications into concrete requirements, and encourage and equip everyone around you to make sound decisions and do their best work.
Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to develop and drive continuous improvement in the efficiency and accuracy of the collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment processes within assigned National Retail partner Walmart. In this role, you will drive the “end to end” forecasting and replenishment process; ensuring internal controls are in place to develop and deliver forecasted products through our fulfillment centers and forward logistics to meet retailer designated SLA requirements.
Schedule and participate in synchronization meetings with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain Management and assigned retail partners to track variance between the company's sales forecast and retail partner's forecast to drive CPFR efficiency. In this role your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining performance-based store tiering/segmentation, as well as allocation and disposition processes.
- Collaborating with a third party fulfillment center for inventory availability and liaison between fulfillment center and retailer to ensure compliance for on time order shipment.
- Creating strategies and tracking KPI performance to drive continuous improvement against JBP objectives (e.g. forecast accuracy, hit rate, days on hand, IS/OSA, OTIF).
- Designing, maintaining, and automating KPI dashboards by leveraging internal systems retailer portals.
- Driving analysis of sales, financial and operational performance data (e.g., modeling, predictive analytics) to identify key insights and opportunities to improve forecast accuracy.
- Collaborating to build the sales and shipment forecast.
- Aligning forecast assumptions in support of special events (e.g. new product launches, MOD transitions, marquee events).
- Managing gaps between customer POs and retail forecasts.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
- Experience in operations, demand planning, replenishment, outbound supply chain, and/or a relevant analytics role.
- Forecasting experience using a variety of methods to advise future-state planning.
- Willingness to travel approximately up to 25%.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Team-oriented and strong interpersonal capabilities; ability to build relationships (internal/external) and interact effectively with other departments and levels of business affecting the forecast process.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to multitask.
- Process-oriented and ability to contribute to continuous improvement.
- Experience with aggregating and summarizing large amounts of historical data and identifying trends or business opportunities.
- SQL Expertise.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Query.
- Mastery of MS Excel required - VBA preferred.
- Knowledge of data warehousing.
- Retail, E-com, or startup experience.
- Statistical modeling (Linear Regression/K-means).
- Strong leadership skills and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
If Verizon and this role sound like a fit for you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every “even better” qualification listed above.

Which companies sponsor visas for sales operations roles in Arkansas?
Walmart and its corporate affiliates in Bentonville are among the most active visa sponsors for business operations roles in Arkansas, given the scale of their supplier and merchandising operations. Regional logistics companies, healthcare distributors, and technology vendors with Arkansas offices have also sponsored H-1B and other work visas for sales operations professionals, though sponsorship frequency varies by employer and role.
Which visa types are most common for sales operations roles in Arkansas?
The H-1B is the most common visa for sales operations professionals in Arkansas, provided the role qualifies as a specialty occupation, typically requiring a bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or a related field. Candidates from Australia may also qualify for the E-3 visa. Those already holding TN or L-1 status through a qualifying employer may transfer into sales operations roles without entering the H-1B lottery.
Which cities in Arkansas have the most sales operations sponsorship jobs?
Bentonville and Rogers in northwest Arkansas lead the state for sales operations sponsorship activity, driven by Walmart's headquarters and the dense concentration of consumer goods suppliers and logistics companies in the region. Little Rock, as the state capital and commercial center, also generates sales operations openings across healthcare, financial services, and technology sectors. Fayetteville adds further activity through its growing business community near the University of Arkansas.
How to find sales operations visa sponsorship jobs in Arkansas?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it easier to identify Arkansas employers actively hiring sales operations professionals who need work authorization. Rather than sorting through general postings, you can browse roles already screened for sponsorship intent. Focusing your search on the Bentonville and Little Rock metro areas will surface the highest concentration of relevant openings in this function.
Are there any state-specific considerations for sales operations roles in Arkansas?
Arkansas sales operations roles tied to Walmart's supplier ecosystem often require familiarity with retail analytics platforms and supply chain workflows, which can strengthen a visa sponsorship case by demonstrating specialized skills. The University of Arkansas at Fayetteville produces graduates in supply chain and business analytics who enter this field, so employer expectations can be high. H-1B petitions for sales operations roles must clearly document the degree requirement for the specific position to satisfy specialty occupation standards.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored sales operations jobs in Arkansas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
