- Coordinate and prioritize changing schedules while ensuring efficient time management
- Arrange travel accommodations, itineraries, and logistics as needed
- Prepare meeting agendas, documents, presentations, and follow-up notes
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality
- Coordinate meetings with internal staff, vendors, and clients
- Assist with clerical and administrative tasks for the finance and operations teams
- Support employee recognition initiatives, company events, and office activities
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Handle special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience preferred
- Strong calendar management and scheduling experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
