JOB DETAILS
- 15+ years of multifamily construction management experience
- Extensive background leading large-scale wrap-style multifamily developments with structured parking and resort-style amenities
- Interest in progressing into high level management (still hands on) roles moving forward
- Proven experience operating at a senior project management, operations leadership, or project executive level
- Deep understanding of Florida construction logistics, zoning, permitting, inspections, and agency coordination
- Strong history of managing large project teams, budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships
- Well-documented portfolio of successfully completed multifamily projects in Florida
- Experience mentoring project managers, superintendents, and operational staff
- Excellent leadership, client management, negotiation, and business development skills
