We’re looking for an experienced RN who enjoys being a hands-on clinical leader. This role combines direct patient care with daily operational leadership, staff development, quality and safety, and support of a positive clinic culture.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide patient care, clinical triage, and higher-acuity support.
- Serve as a clinical resource for RNs, LPNs, MAs, and providers.
- Support daily staffing, huddles, clinical meetings, and workflow improvements.
- Partner with providers and leadership to support efficient clinic operations.
- Support quality, safety, survey readiness, competencies, and emergency preparedness.
- Help onboard, educate, coach, and develop clinical staff and preceptors.
- Model teamwork, professionalism, positivity, and accountability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
- Experience: 3 years’ experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
