Which consulting companies sponsor visas in Idaho?
Major visa sponsors in Idaho's consulting sector include Micron Technology's advisory division, Simplot Company's consulting services, and regional offices of national firms like Deloitte and PwC in Boise. Technology consulting firms supporting Idaho's semiconductor and agricultural tech industries also sponsor H-1B and other work visas for specialized consultants with relevant expertise.
How to find consulting visa sponsorship jobs in Idaho?
Migrate Mate specializes in connecting international professionals with visa sponsorship opportunities in Idaho's consulting market. The platform filters positions by state and industry, showing which employers actively sponsor work visas. Focus on Boise-area opportunities and firms serving Idaho's technology, agriculture, and manufacturing sectors, as these consistently hire consultants requiring visa support.
Which visa types are most common for consulting roles in Idaho?
H-1B visas dominate Idaho's consulting sponsorship market, particularly for management consultants, business analysts, and technology advisors. L-1 visas are common for consultants transferring from international offices to serve clients in Idaho's agricultural technology and semiconductor sectors. TN visas serve Canadian and Mexican consultants, while O-1 visas apply to consultants with extraordinary expertise in specialized fields.
Which cities in Idaho have the most consulting sponsorship jobs?

Idaho's consulting prevailing wages vary by specialization and location, with Boise commanding higher rates than rural areas. U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
