SUMMARY

This SAP Practice at Simplot is responsible for creating solutions within the current S4/HANA landscape to support our company’s dynamic global needs. Each team member will contribute to building Solutions within the vast array of SAP products to support our business objectives. We are currently looking for an innovative and driven Software Developer to join the existing team and contribute to all future business objectives.
This role is based onsite in Boise, ID.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate and contribute to daily stand-up meetings with the agile development team in a quest to rapidly deploy new solutions. This team is a combination of Simplot employees and contracted workforce where the Simplot team is the architect of the solution.
- Design, develop, and test the scoped solutions and collaborate with developer peers on the long-term sustainability of that solution.
- Work closely with Team Leads and Architects to support development of software and integration solutions.
- Define and deliver Proof of Concept Products in anticipation of their current/future utilization.
TYPICAL EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 3+ Years of proven industry experience (post-graduation & internship) as an SAP ABAP Developer.
- Working knowledge of Fiori / UI5 is preferred.
- S/4HANA experience is preferred.
- SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) development experience is preferred.
- Understanding Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of fundamentals, standards, guidelines, and best practices to be used during development are required.
