POSITION OVERVIEW
DSN is seeking a Project Coordinator to support technical project teams by maintaining project plans, coordinating meetings, and driving execution on key action items. This client-facing role requires strong analytical thinking, organizational skill, and the ability to translate complex project data into clear, actionable steps for a variety of stakeholders.
KEY CONTRIBUTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a project coordinator, working closely with technical leads on assigned projects.
- Maintain and update Microsoft Project plans to reflect current project status.
- Coordinate and run project meetings, gathering task updates from team members.
- Drive action items to completion and hold team members accountable to deadlines.
- Analyze changes to the project plan, including week-over-week variances and critical path analysis.
- Break down complex project information into smaller, understandable, and actionable pieces of work.
TEAM STRUCTURE & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This is a client-facing position that requires working with a variety of personalities, often under tight deadlines.
- Standard office environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred and 2-4 years of relevant experience required.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Recent, hands-on Microsoft Project experience (candidates should be prepared to demonstrate this skill).

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
