Are you the kind of person who keeps the details on track, loves a good checklist, and enjoys helping great ideas come to life? We’re looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant to keep our marketing programs organized, our campaigns running, and our team ready to shine!
In this dynamic, hands-on role, you’ll work with manufacturers and their representatives to gather marketing content, coordinate digital promotions, support email campaigns, and help bring company events to life. No two days are exactly alike—and that’s what makes it exciting!
Pay and Schedule:
- $18.00 - $22.00 hourly, based on experience
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to collect product images, descriptions, pricing, logos, and promotional content.
- Organize, review, and maintain marketing assets for print, digital, and catalog production.
- Upload promotional materials to websites and digital platforms.
- Create, schedule, and distribute email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp.
- Track marketing activities, maintain records, and prepare reports and business support materials.
- Assist with event planning, vendor communication, registration, and on-site event support.
- Provide administrative and project support to the marketing team while ensuring deadlines are met.
- All other duties assigned.

What Makes You a Great Fit?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred (relevant experience will also be considered).
- Previous administrative or marketing support experience preferred.
- Experience with vendor communication, email marketing, and event coordination is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Mailchimp, website content management tools, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to prioritize changing business needs.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
